Deloitte & Touche Clean-Up Event

On Friday, June 3, 1,200 employees from the New York offices of Deloitte & Touche USA LLP came out across New York City to plant, clean, weed, paint and spruce up 16 New York City parks.
They volunteered in Inwood Hill Park, Fort Tryon Park, J Hood Wright Park, Col. Charles Young Triangle, Jackie Robinson Park, St. Nicholas Playground North, Carmansville Playground, Thomas Jefferson Park, Theodore Roosevelt Park, Stuyvesant Square Park, Sara D. Roosevelt Park, Riverside Park, Randall's Island, Bridge Park, Prospect Park and Central Park.
Projects included transforming entrance planting beds and tree pits, painting benches, park houses, fences, floor games and basketball court lines, restoring natural areas by removing invasive plants and leaf and plant debris.
